VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have general admission tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. For concert tickets go to www.kamelot.com/tour
All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the Kamelot merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Kamelot and Ticketleap are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.
